Pretty cup but the straw suction is spotty

I like the cup, it’s esthetically pleasing. The only thing that bothers me is sometimes the straw has air bubbles in it somehow… seems like it has a hole in it somewhere but I can’t find a hole so I’m not sure why that’s happening.

Good quality but so hard to open the lid.

I loved the quality and that it’s not plastic but the lid is so hard to open.

Terrible Chemical Smell

I’m used to food grade silicone and these cups I purchased have the worst smell. So disappointed! I’ve washed them multiple times and even left them outside to air out but the smell is still so awful I can’t let my kids use them. :(

Straw Broken after first use

Received the item quickly and upon opening and washing the cup to offer to my child, the straw ripped. Major choking hazard.
