Refund policy

The Saturday Baby gladly accepts returns and exchanges if contacted within 7 days of delivery. The item needs to be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. If you return an item purchased with a discount code or on sale, store credit will be issued via electronic gift card, no refunds will be given. Once the item is received and inspected the refund will be issued less shipping charges. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return email thesaturdaybaby@gmail.com. If you ship it back with out emailing us first there is a chance you will not be refunded.  If we receive a return and it is beyond the 14 day threshold or was final sale, we will ship it back to you. All sale items are final sale. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
